Got this from another Amateur but no info.....
Seems to be power amplifier, 3 stages to bias up, Negative bias required, Drains are 1.6,1.4,1.2Ohm to ground respectively.
Anyone got an idea on what current level it should be biased up to?!
SMA input and WG20 output.

I made a bias board and tested to ~100mW output, no more information found but the current draw was much more than the associated output power!!
